registering to help as a volunteer, purchasing a raffle ticket, joining our supporters club, placing an

● To provide the services or goods that you have requested.
● To update you with relevant administrative communications about an event or service you have requested.
● To ensure that Mental Health First Aiders receive their certificates, reminders and renewal notices in a timely manner
● To keep a record of your relationship and interests with us.
● To provide you with our Newsletter if you have given us consent
● Where you volunteer with us, to administer the relevant arrangements or reimburse you for expenses claimed.

Sharing Information
Your data is generally used by our Trustees and volunteers to provide support to you.
We also carry out the administration of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Courses. To do this we must share your information with our volunteers, Mental Health First Aid England and also with our MHFA England accredited Instructors.

We may also share your data with partners who help us to process your donations and claim Gift Aid where appropriate.

Our partners are all aware of their legal obligations and have agreed to make sure that they store your data securely, delete it when they no longer need it and never use it for any other purpose, or pass it to any other organisation or individual. We never sell or share your personal information with organisations so that they can contact you for any marketing activities. Nor do we sell any information about your web browsing activity.

Keeping your information safe

We take the safety of your information very seriously. We have taken appropriate measures to protect the personal information we have collected from unauthorised access, use, alteration, destruction and loss. Any debit or credit card details which we receive on our website are passed securely to the appropriate payment processing partner, in accord with industry standards. Transmission of information is never completely secure.
